If you are a teen (or you're becoming one), you may feel like you're on an emotional roller coaster. That's because so much is changing around you and inside you. Even your brain is changing. Are you worried that you may have a mental health problem? Mental health problems may stop you from doing the things you need to do or from enjoying your life. It can help to talk with a parent or guardian or other adult you trust. You also may need help from a doctor or therapist. If you don't like the idea of going for therapy, remember that it's really brave to take steps to feel better!
