2009 Child & Adolescent Immunization Schedules - 2009 Child & Adolescent Immunization Schedules are now available. Schedules are available for children aged 0 – 6 years; children, pre-teens, and adolescents aged 7 – 18 years; and all persons aged 4 months – 18 years, who begin vaccinations late or fall behind.
