Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
The CDC is an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). CDC's mission is to promote health and quality of life by preventing and controlling disease, injury, and disability.
National Osteoporosis Foundation (NOF) *
The NOF is the leading nonprofit, voluntary health organization dedicated to promoting lifelong bone health in order to reduce the widespread prevalence of osteoporosis and associated fractures, while working to find a cure for the disease.
