Getting started and staying active

Are you new to physical activity? Start with small steps, like getting off the bus a couple of blocks early or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Do you think, "I don't have time to work out" or "Exercise is too boring!"? You may have lots of reasons not to be active. But there are so many more reasons to get fit!
