Girl looking to the sideBeing a teen is a lot like riding a roller coaster. It can be both lots of fun and very hard at the same time. As a teen, it is normal for you to:

  • feel confused
  • have mood swings
  • be scared
  • worry that others won't accept you

But just because being a teen is normal does not mean it is easy. It can be even harder when you are dealing with an illness or disability.
